Dorene Seah is an experienced business and career coach dedicated to guiding professionals through complex career transitions, enhancing leadership effectiveness, and achieving fulfilling work-life integration. With over 15 years of experience leading operational excellence efforts and managing program management teams at top technology companies such as Google, Amazon, and Danaher, Dorene brings a wealth of practical knowledge to her coaching. Her background in Industrial Engineering and Operational Excellence provides her with a unique understanding of organizational systems, processes, and the dynamics of human behavior within companies. 

Beyond her corporate experience, Dorene is actively involved in the community as the Alumni Chair of the Monte Jade Asian American Executive Mentoring program, an angel investor, and a passionate mentor for Jane Goodall's Roots & Shoots program and Youth United for Earth, demonstrating her commitment to leadership development and fostering future generations. 

Dorene’s coaching approach empowers clients to optimize their performance, master communication and team management, and create a balanced and thriving life.
